Child/Adolescent Therapy
Supporting young individuals in managing emotions and developmental hurdles.
Children and teens experience life deeply—often without the language or tools to express what they feel. Our child and adolescent therapists offer a safe, developmentally-appropriate space for young clients to process emotions, build self-awareness, and develop coping skills.
For children, therapy may include play therapy, CBT, art-based interventions, and parent collaboration. For adolescents, we often integrate DBT skills, CBT, IFS, and EMDR, depending on what’s most helpful. Common concerns we address include anxiety, depression, trauma, school stress, peer relationships, and family dynamics.
Parents are included in the process as important partners in supporting their child’s growth. Together, we work to build emotional regulation, confidence, and resilience—so your child can thrive.
