We draw from evidence-based modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Method to help partners understand each other and create a more fulfilling relationship.
You can expect a collaborative, supportive process that helps you better understand yourself and your partner, identify stuck patterns, and build new, healthier ways of relating. For couples working through trauma or relational injuries, approaches like EMDR, ART, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Polyvagal-informed therapy may also be integrated for deeper healing.
