Payment & Pricing
We believe in clear, respectful communication around fees and payment. Payment is due at the beginning of each session and can be made using cash, check, debit, credit, or HSA card (where permitted).
Please talk to your therapist about pricing.
All therapy sessions are 45–50 minutes in length. Please speak directly with your therapist for current session rates and fee structures.

A kind reminder: we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid being charged the full session fee. This policy is outlined in your intake forms and helps us maintain availability for all clients.
While we are not in-network with insurance companies, we’re happy to provide a comprehensive insurance receipt (superbill) for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We encourage you to check your plan’s benefits for out-of-network mental health coverage.
We also accept ecclesiastical pay and are glad to work with religious leaders when coverage is available. Please contact us for the appropriate documentation.
